Make the Dead Come
In the latest of attempts to ward off constant boredom, we have recorded an album’s worth of songs that will be available in limited release early next year.
Adhering to the tried and true method of self-recording that we have “perfected” on previous releases (and neglecting to expand on the knowledge and experience gained from our studio visit in September), we returned to our basements and bedrooms with instruments in hand and mics in place to write and record songs of a particular dynamic and delicacy.
To soften what is sure to be a maddening clamor of orders and requests once the album is released, we have decided to make it available for pre-order now.
We realize that this is a somewhat preemptive strike on the connoisseurs of our particular brand of “budget rock,” but ’tis the season for giving, and we wish for all of those with their fingers on the pulse of this dot com to be rewarded for their patience, loyalty, and what we assume are devastating good looks.
We hope that news of this release will help to satiate our ever-hungry fans who devour us so completely from underneath headphones and in front of stages.
2007 is shaping up to be a great year for new music. Thanks for listening.
